Tokyo: Sailor Moon SuperS, Part I
Four girls, the Amazoness Quartet, were running through the lush jungles of the Amazon. Palla Palla (Parra Parra)fell down and started to cry. The other girls stopped and helped her back up. Then, they saw something glittering in a nearby pond. The girls went into the pond and walked up to it. It was a beautiful mirror. They picked it out of the sand. Queen Neherenia spoke to them from inside the mirror. The girls were amazed at the talking mirror.

"I wonder if it's a magic mirror!" one of the girls exclaimed.
"Yes, I can use magic," Queen Neherenia told them.
The girls were delighted.
"Thank you for waking me up," Queen Neherenia said. "As a symbol of my gratitude, I want to give you these." Four billard balls, the Amazon Stones, appeared before them. "With the Amazon Stones, you can use magic too and you can be children forever." |

It was now March of 1995. Chibi-Usa was sleeping at Usagi's house when she had a dream of a Pegasus calling her name in the middle of a forest. When Chibi-Usa reached out to him, she transformed into Small Lady. He told her, "Do not tell anyone of our meeting." and he disappeared. She called out to him and asked if he was the one calling her but he did not answer. Chibi-Usa woke up. |

Usagi was very excited. Everyone had gathered at the park to watch the solar eclipse. At the moment the solar eclipse began, a large circus tent appeared in the sky and floated down to the city. No one noticed the unusually tent, except for Usagi, who forgot about it almost instantly. The Dead Moon Circus had arrived, lead by Master Zirconia (Ziconia). |

Zirconia summoned the Amazon Trio, Tiger's Eye, Fish Eye, and Hawk's Eye. Their mission was to find Pegasus, who could only exist by living inside of a human's beautiful dream. The Amazon Trio gathered around a bar to look at photographs, taken by Zirconia's eyeball-bird, Zircon, of potential targets. Tiger's Eye preferred to target young girls. Fish Eye, who was attracted to men, preferred to target handsome guys. Hawk's Eye preferred to target middle-aged women. |

Unazuki (Lizzie/Elizabeth) told Chibi-Usa about her boyfriend at the Crown Parlor. She said that she was waiting for her boyfriend to tell her that he loved her. Chibi-Usa said, "Sometimes women shouldn't sit and wait for a prince on a white horse. Instead, they should get on the back of the horse and find the prince themselves." Usagi was surprised that Chibi-Usa said something so mature and concluded that she must have read Usagi's mother's books. |

Unazuki became Tiger's Eye's first target. Tiger's Eye cornered Unazuki. He counted "One" and a wall appeared behind Unazuki, "Two" and Unazuki was locked to the wall, and "Three" forced the Unazuki's dream mirror to come out of her chest. Tiger's Eye stuck his head into the mirror and looked for Pegasus. Sailor Moon, Sailor Chibi Moon, and Tuxedo Mask came to the rescue but Tiger's Eye's lemure overpowered them. It looked pretty hopeless. Sailor Chibi Moon thought to herself, "Please someone help us. Otherwise, we'll die!" |

Suddenly, a pink light flashed in the sky and Pegasus appeared. Pegasus' power caused Sailor Moon and Chibi Moon to transform into Super Sailor Moon and Super Sailor Chibi Moon. Super Sailor Moon received a new weapon, the Moon Kalied Scope, and defeated the lemure. Tiger's Eye panicked and jumped into a ring of fire, disappearing. The wall holding Unazuki disappeared and she was okay. Pegasus also disappeared. "I knew it wasn't a dream," Chibi Moon thought but didn't tell anyone about her encounter with Pegasus, just like he told her not to. |

The Amazon Trio's third target was Usagi's mother, who was attacked by Hawk's Eye, and Pegasus once again came down from the sky to help Sailor Moon and Sailor Chibi Moon.

This time Pegasus told them that they will have a new super transformation. Both of their brooches were changed and Super Sailor Moon's wand turned into the Moon Kalied Scope permenantly and Super Sailor Chibi Moon's wand turned into the Crystal Carillon. Their new attack began with Super Sailor Chibi Moon begging for Pegasus' help and then ringing the Carillon. Pegasus decended from the sky. His horn lit up with power and powered up Super Sailor Moon's wand, allowing her to perform her attack and destroy the lemure. |

Weeks later, Mamoru's college friends, Saori and Kobayashi, visited Mamoru's apartment for the first time. Saori had a crush on Mamoru and Kobayashi liked Saori. Saori wondered why there were no pictures of Mamoru's girlfriend in his apartment. They sat down on the couch when the doorbell rang. |

Mamoru went to get it and he returned with Usagi and Chibi-Usa clinging to his arms. Usagi introduced herself as Mamoru's girlfriend and Chibi-Usa disagreed and said that she was Mamoru's girlfriend. The two argued until Mamoru told them to stop. Saori, believing that she did not have to worry about competition, laughed and offered the two girls cake. Usagi ate happily while Chibi-Usa grew suspicious of Saori and her relationship with Mamoru. |

That night, Chibi-Usa had a nightmare that Mamoru with his arm around Saori broke up with Usagi because he loved Saori now. Usagi cried and called after Mamoru, saying, "No! If we don't get married, Chibi-Usa will never be born!" Chibi-Usa awoke from her dream abruptly and frightened. |
|

|
The next day, Usagi and Chibi-Usa were in a gift shop. Usagi was trying to decide which of two stuffed animals, hippopotamus or horse, to buy because she only had enough money for one. Chibi-Usa, who was still uneasy about Saori, left the store to investiage herself. |
|
Chibi-Usa found Mamoru and Saori walking together. Saori had asked Mamoru to help her shop for a guy. Mamoru asked if Saori was in love since she needed his help to shop. Saori blushed but still didn't have the guts to tell Mamoru how she felt about him. Chibi-Usa ran into Kobayashi, who was also secretly following Mamoru and Saori. Kobayashi told Chibi-Usa that everyone at the university say that Mamoru and Saori would make the cutest couple. He agreed that it was true but he still loved Saori anyway. Chibi-Usa told Kobayashi to cheer up because she was on his side. |

|
Chibi-Usa went back to the gift shop and Usagi was still there, trying to decide between the stuffed animals. Chibi-Usa explained the situation to her and Usagi began to think that Saori might steal Mamoru away from her. Just when Chibi-Usa thought that she had gotten through to Usagi, Usagi burst out laughing and said that she could never doubt Mamoru's love. "My real crisis is the hippopotamus and the horse," she said and went back to decide. Chibi-Usa was furious and dragged Usagi out of the store by her shirt. |

Later that day near nightfall, Mamoru and Saori were done shopping and she had bought a tie. Mamoru asked if he knew the person the tie was for. Saori was very nervous and couldn't tell him that the tie was for him. Just then, Tiger's Eye attacked Saori. Mamoru tried to do something but Tiger's Eye beat him away with his whip. After Tiger's Eye realized Pegasus was not in Saori's dream mirror, Super Sailor Moon and Super Sailor Chibi Moon arrived. |

|
Tiger's Eye called his balloon lemure and escaped. The balloon lemure could suffocate people by pushing against their face. It was about to go after Saori when Mamoru, who was pinned to a wall with knives, shouted out and it, being a female, was much more interested in Mamoru. It was about to crush Mamoru when Super Sailor Moon jumped in front of him and the lemure pressed against her face. |

Mamoru told Super Sailor Moon to get back but she wouldn't. The lemure said something about Super Sailor Moon willing to sacrifice herself for him but she said not to worry because she would kill them both. Super Sailor Moon was suffocating and began to struggle to get the lemure off. She was really going to die. Mamoru cried out in fear, "USAKO!" Saori looked up and realized Super Sailor Moon was Usagi. He ripped one of his arms free, grabbed a knife, and stabbed the lemure in the side, popping the balloon. |

|
Super Sailor Moon collapsed but said she was okay. She got up and destroyed the lemure, who was trying to tape up the hole in her side. Super Sailor Moon ran to Mamoru to check if he was all right. He looked lovingly in her eyes and said, "Thank you." They smiled at each other fondly. Super Chibi Moon was very happy. Saori looked sad and started to walk away but then she turned around to look at them again and smiled lightly. |
|
The next day, Kobayashi asked Saori how it went with Mamoru the day before. Saori said that she didn't tell Mamoru about her feelings. Kobayashi asked, "Why not?" She replied with a smile, "I can't beat the girl who protects the Earth." and she gave the tie to Kobayashi. |
|
|
|
Near the end of April of 1995, Luna told all the girls that she caught Artemis starring at a pretty nun in front of a Catholic church. Luna said that Artemis was in love and Artemis argued that he wasn't. Mamoru and Artemis, who looked depressed, left. Usagi and the other girls told Luna that she teased him too much, even though she knew that Artemis loved her. Luna felt bad and tried to find Artemis to make sure he was okay. |
Meanwhile, Mamoru and Artemis were walking down the street when a grey kitten, Diana, fell from the sky. Diana saw Artemis and shouted, "Father!" She ran up to him and nuzzled him. Diana said that she was a little worried coming here since her mother told her to be careful and not be picked up by strangers but she was now very happy to have found "father".

Artemis, who looked really shocked, started to protest that there was a mistake but Luna saw the whole thing. Luna was furious and yelled at Artemis, "You are so irresponsible, not only falling in love with a woman but having a child too!" Artemis was very flustered and said that it was a mistake. Luna wouldn't hear any of it, "A kitten that talks must be your child!" She slapped his face and ran off. |

Artemis returned to Minako's house and entered Minako's room. Minako told him that she just got a phone call from Usagi.

|
"She told me that you're a daddy," Minako said.
"It's not true," Artemis said.
"Liar!"
"I don't have a child!"
"How can you have a child without knowing? I feel really sorry for your child! Artemis, you have to take responsiblity!" |
Artemis continued to argue his innocence. Meanwhile, at Rei's shrine, the other girls were trying to comfort Luna with food. Luna, being a strong cat, told everyone not to worry about her. She was more worried about making Usagi into a great queen. "Artemis has his mission. I have mine," Luna said. Rei, Ami, and Makoto decided that since Artemis had a child with someone else, it meant that Artemis had left Luna. "Luna and Artemis are dating?" Usagi, clueless as ever, asked very surprised. Luna told her to forget about it.

Later that night, Tiger's Eye attacked the nun and Artemis was caught by the lemure. Luna saved Artemis from the lemure. Luna told Artemis that he really needed her. Once the lemure was defeated, Super Sailor Chibi Moon saw Diana on Tuxedo Mask's hat. "Diana!" she called out. Diana jumped to her, "Small Lady!" It turned out that Diana was Artemis and Luna's child from the future. |

All the girls were delighted that Luna and Artemis' relationship would grow so much in the future. Luna said that she would never have such a relationship with a cat that lusts after human women, referring to the nun again. Artemis said that Luna misunderstood. He wasn't looking at the nun. He was looking at the church and only wished that a cat could be married at such a beautiful church. Diana said she would be staying awhile. Artemis looked at Mamoru, "Now I know how you feel." |
Diana was very cute and addressed Usagi and Mamoru with the suffix "-sama" in Japanese, which is used for royalty. Mamoru told her to just call him Mamoru like everyone else but she said she couldn't because he would become the future king.

Chibi-Usa told Pegasus that she wanted to be friends with him and get to know him better. A small globe appeared on her table and in the globe, Pegasus appeared to her. He told her that he would like to be friends also. Chibi-Usa spoke to Pegasus through the globe every night and they became very close. |
|
|
|
One day after school near the end of July 1995, Robert, who was a popular 6th grade soccer player, asked Chibi-Usa to go out with him. He said he would meet her tomorrow on the soccer field at 4 pm for her answer. Momoko (Melissa) said that Chibi-Usa was so lucky. That night, Chibi-Usa asked Pegasus what she should do about Robert. Pegasus, looking a bit sad, said that this was something Chibi-Usa had to decide on her own. |
Usagi was watching television in the living room. The news reported that Pegasus was attacking people and causing car accidents all over the city. The next day, Usagi and Chibi-Usa met up with the other girls at Crown Parlor. The other girls instantly questioned Chibi-Usa about Robert and what she was going to say. Chibi-Usa told them that she didn't know yet because she only met him today. The others told her that she may not know until she goes out with him.
"When you want to be with him all the time, you know it's love," Makoto said.
"I know what you mean," Chibi-Usa said, thinking of Pegasus. "Like when you want to stay together with them all the time or when you just want to stop time when you're together..."
"Maybe you are already in love, Chibi-Usa," Minako said.
"No," Chibi-Usa said quickly.

She started to eat when she saw the newspaper that Rei was reading. It has an article about Pegasus' attacks and Chibi-Usa became very emotional. She shouted, "It's not true! Pegasus would never do these things!" Ami asked, "Do you know something about Pegasus, Chibi-Usa?" Chibi-Usa was quiet for a second because she promised Pegasus she wouldn't tell anyone about him. "No, but Pegasus always comes to help us. He would never do anything like this." |

|
Later, Robert was waiting for Chibi-Usa on the soccer field when Fish Eye attacked him. Sailor Moon and Sailor Chibi Moon arrived and Fish Eye brought out his lemure, which was a carousel horse that could turn into a pegasus. Chibi-Usa said that she knew Pegasus couldn't have been behind the attacks, it was this lemure, and she called Pegasus with the Crystal Carillon. |
|
The horse lemure quickly formed a dome of dark energy around Sailor Moon and Sailor Chibi Moon and Pegasus tried to break into the dome but couldn't. "If you can't get Pegasus' power, you can't use your attack," Fish Eye said. The other Sailor Senshi arrived then and tried to break into the dome but also couldn't. |

"What can we do?" Sailor Jupiter said. "Become Super Sailor Senshi," Pegasus replied but the Sailor Senshi hesistated because they didn't know whether or not they could trust Pegasus. Pegasus kept ramming his horn into the dome, trying to break it, and Sailor Chibi Moon cried for him to stop since the dome zapped him every time he touched it. Sailor Chibi Moon said to the Sailor Senshi, "Please believe in Pegasus!" |

The Sailor Senshi were convinced and asked Pegasus for his power. Pegasus transformed them into Super Sailor Senshi and the Super Sailor Senshi were able to break the dome with their new attacks. Once Sailor Moon and Sailor Chibi Moon were free, they were able to destroy the lemure. Pegasus thanked the Sailor Senshi for trusting in him and flew away. Later, Chibi-Usa told Robert that she couldn't go out with him. He said that it was the first time he had been rejected and asked if she already liked someone. She didn't say anything but looked up into the sky, thinking of Pegasus. |

|
Mamoru became Fish Eye's target about two months later. All the girls and Mamoru were at a fish store. Everyone was admiring fish and Mamoru was in a different aisle than the other girls. Fish Eye, posing as a girl like usual, was in the same aisle as Mamoru, pretending to also look at fish. |
|
Fish Eye cut her hand on the glass of an aquarium and Mamoru tried to help him by putting his handerchief on his wound. The moment Mamoru touched him, Fish Eye could feel power from Mamoru's hand. Usagi and the other girls came into the aisle then and became very jealous when she saw Fish Eye and Mamoru. Fish Eye, realizing that Usagi must be Mamoru's girlfriend, tried to make Usagi even more jealous. |
|
"No make-up. Zero sex appeal," Fish Eye said as he looked at Usagi. "You are no match for me."
"Who are you?!" Usagi demanded.
"I am your rival."

Then, Fish Eye saw Diana in Makoto's bag, became very scared, and abruptly left. He concluded that Mamoru must be Pegasus' host since he could feel power from Mamoru's hands. Thinking about Mamoru, Fish Eye began to blush. "What is this feeling? Am I getting serious about someone?" he thought to himself and realized that he was in love with Mamoru. Later that day, Fish Eye caught up with Mamoru walking alone on the street. "Finally, you are alone," Fish Eye said to him and pinned him against the wall. He tried to kiss him but Mamoru turned away. |
"What's wrong? As long as it's a secret, it's okay," Fish Eye approached him again and again he turned away. "Aren't I atractive?"
"You are but I don't love you," Mamoru said to him.
Fish Eye looked sad and he said, "No, wait for the first time...I'm serious about someone." He tried to lean in again but Mamoru turned away. "Okay, fine. It's that girl. But please tell me one thing. What is so attactive about that girl, Usagi?"
"She has beautiful dreams," Mamoru said.
Mamoru's words cut into Fish Eye like knife. "Dreams?" he asked.

After, Fish Eye sat in a dark room in the circus tent by himself, thinking about what Mamoru said. Tiger Eye came in and suddenly, Fish Eye attacked him, trying to pull Tiger Eye's dream mirror out but nothing appeared. "As I suspected," Fish Eye said. "Why don't we have dream mirrors?" |

At the main chamber of the tent, the Amazon Trio appeared before Zirconia. Zirconia announced that they were receiving a message from their queen. Queen Neherenia spoke a projection and told the Amazon Trio to find Pegasus quickly because he was the only way for her to return to the real world. When Queen Neherenia's projection was gone, Fish Eye asked Zirconia the Amazon Trio didn't have dream mirrors. Zirconia laughed, "Haven't you figured it out yet?" A large mirror appeared behind the the Amazon Trio and when they looked in it, their reflections were of animals. They weren't actually human. Hawk's Eye was really a hawk. Tiger's Eye was really a tiger. Fish Eye was really a fish. Zirconia told them that if they do not find Pegasus by the next new moon, then they will turn back into animals and stay that way forever. However, if they capture Pegasus, they can use his horn, the Golden Crystal, to turn into real humans. Their last chance rested on Fish Eye.

In the park the next day, Fish Eye approached Mamoru in the park and attacked him. Super Sailor Moon and Super Super Chibi Moon came the rescue and in her usual opening speech, Super Sailor Moon said, "Out of all the men in the world, my God, you have attacked the best. Your sense of choice is good but I cannot forgive you! In the name of the moon, I will punish you!" While Super Sailor Moon and Super Sailor Chibi Moon fought Fish Eye's lemure, Fish Eye looked in Mamoru's dream mirror but she didn't find Pegasus but he snuck in a kiss while Mamoru was unconscious. |

Later that day, Fish Eye sat alone and depressed in girl form on a bench while it was heavily raining. He couldn't return to the tent because he was afraid that Zirconia would turn him back into a fish. |
|
|
|
Usagi was rushing home in the rain when she spotted Fish Eye sitting in the rain. "Hello, my rival, you are no match for me," Usagi smiled warmly and offered Fish Eye her umbrella.
Usagi brought Fish Eye to her house to dry up. In Usagi's room, Fish Eye saw a picture of Usagi and Mamoru together. Usagi brought Fish Eye some coffee and the two "girls" sat down together on the carpet. |

"I heard you have lots of dreams...Mamoru told me," Fish Eye said.
"You saw Mamoru again?! Where?! When?!" Usagi demanded. Fish Eye didn't say anything. "C'mon! What is this suspicious silence?"
"You're so easy-going, aren't you? I truly envy you because you have a lot of dreams!" Fish Eye said. "Please tell me...what is your best dream?" |

Usagi smiled, "Well...can't you imagine such a simple thing, my rival?" Usagi looked toward the picture of her and Mamoru together, meaning that her dream was for them to be together.
"Oh, yes...That is your beautiful dream..." Fish Eye understood. "Mamoru smiles like this when the two of you are alone?"
"Hey! Don't say his name as if you were an intimate friend!" Usagi said. "Let's make things clear. Don't approach him anymore! I'll tell you that your sense of choice is too good because he is the best man in the world..." |
Fish Eye remembered when Sailor Moon had said the same thing just earlier and he realized that Usagi was Sailor Moon. Usagi was still going on about Fish Eye staying away from Mamoru when Usagi's mother called her to come down and run an errand. Usagi said to Fish Eye, "Don't leave. I want to finish talking to you when I get back." and left.

Fish Eye looked at the picture of Usagi and Mamoru again and thought, "She is Sailor Moon. Is that why she is so strong?" Fish Eye snooped into the hall and heard Chibi-Usa talking in her room. Fish Eye peaked into Chibi-Usa's room and was shocked to find her talking to Pegasus inside of the globe. He remembered that Zirconia said that they could be human if they had Pegasus. Usagi returned home to find that Fish Eye and Chibi-Usa were missing. She went out in search of Chibi-Usa. |
|
Fish Eye returned the the circus tent. He told Zirconia that he has seen Pegasus and that he knew who Pegasus' host was but he didn't want to attack beautiful dreamers anymore.
|
|
Zirconia said that she didn't need Fish Eye to tell her because she had Zircon follow Fish Eye. Zirconia asked Zircon who Fish Eye had been spending time with and Zircon produced a picture of Usagi. Fish Eye said that she wasn't the one but Zirconia told Hawk's Eye that it was his mission now to get Pegasus from Usagi's dream mirror. Zirconia also gave Hawk's Eye an energy ball and said that once he captured Pegasus, he could use that ball to make all of them human permentantly. |
|
Despite Fish Eye's protests, Hawk's Eye left to complete the mission. Fish Eye followed him and Tiger's Eye followed Fish Eye. Zirconia decided that the Amazon Trio's usefulness has expired and their end was near. The Amazoness Quartet (Amazon Quartet) sat above in the tent and laughed. One of them, Palla Palla, sent her billiard ball lemure to kill the Amazon Trio. |

|
In the city, Hawk's Eye attacked Usagi. Tiger's Eye and Fish Eye appeared. Fish Eye tried to run toward Usagi to help her but Tiger's Eye held her back. Fish Eye cried out, "Don't hurt Sailor Moon!" Hawk's Eye was even more interested in Usagi's dream since she was Sailor Moon but he didn't find Pegasus in her dream mirror. |
|
Palla Palla's lemure appeared then and said that he was there to get rid of the Amazon Trio. He began to throw spades at them and one hit Usagi's dream mirror, smashing it to pieces. "God! No! Her dream!" Fish Eye cried out in horror and remembered what Usagi said about her dream earlier. |
|
|
|
Then, another spade was heading straight for Fish Eye when Hawk's Eye jumped in front of her and was hit by the spade. Hawk's Eye fell and told them, "I wanted to get Pegasus...to become human...we are miserable the way we are now." Fish Eye cried, "Don't give up!" Hawk's Eye gave the energy ball to Fish Eye and then died. |
|
After Hawk's Eye death, Fish Eye suggested that they use the energy ball to rebuild Usagi's dream mirror but Tiger's Eye didn't understand why they would help the enemy and, if they use the power of the ball, they would die also. Fish Eye said that they couldn't beat the lemure but Sailor Moon could. Tiger's Eye understood and said that they had to get vengence for Hawk's Eye's death. |
|

|
Fish Eye pulled out Chibi-Usa, who had been kidnapped by him earlier, and then they used the power of the energy ball to rebuild Usagi's mirror. Sailor Chibi Moon called Pegasus and Super Sailor Moon destroyed the lemure. |
Tiger's Eye and Fish Eye collapsed next to Hawk's Eye and they died. All three turned back into their animal forms.

But then Pegasus used his power to turn them back into human and their spirits opened their eyes. Dream mirrors came out from inside each of them and Fish Eye started to cry, "A mirror of dreams! Finally, we are human." He smiled at Hawk's Eye and Tiger's Eye. They were so happy. |
|
|
Then they became three balls of light. "These souls, as with all souls with dreams, will be saved," Pegasus said as he flew back to his forest, followed by the three balls of light. "Stay here," he told the balls of light. "One day, this forest will become beautiful and full of light once again." |

A week later, Queen Neherenia told Zirconia that the dream mirror that Pegasus was hiding in would be gold because of the influence of the Golden Crystal so they no longer had to actually look inside the mirror for Pegasus. The Dead Moon Circus' task was to find the Golden Mirror. At the arcade, Chibi-Usa and Momoko saw a poster advertising the Dead Moon Circus. Usagi and Mamoru walked in and Chibi-Usa told Mamoru that she wanted him to take her to the circus. Usagi said that if Mamoru wanted to go, she and Mamoru would go alone without Chibi-Usa annoying them.

"Are you two in love?" Momoko asked dreamily.
"Yes, we are melting in love," Usagi replied.
"That's so nice! I want a boyfriend who wants to be melting in love with me!"
"When you grow up, you'll find a man who will melt in love with you."
"I want to be an adult soon!"
Four girls with weird hair were playing arcade games and overheard.
"Why would you want to be an adult?" one asked.
"Adults have to worry about what society thinks of them when they want to dream." another one said.
"It's no fun being an adult."
"It's much more fun being a kid."

The four girls walked about of the arcade chanting, "Never, never be suspicious of dreams within the dreams of dreaming kids." over and over again. In the circus tent, all the freaks of the Dead Moon were chanting the same phrase over and over again until Zirconia appeared and told them to be quiet.

The four girls transformed into the Amazoness Quartet, Cere Cere (Cele Cele) of flowers, Palla Palla (Para Para) of balancing balls, Jun Jun of acrobatics, and Ves Ves (Besu Besu) the animal trainer. Zirconia gave the orders to find the Golden Mirror but the Quartet didn't Zirconia seriously. Ves Ves tried to attack Zirconia. Zirconia blasted her away but realized that if all four attacked her at once, she would be in trouble. Zirconia told them that she could easily defeat the four of them so they had better follow orders.

Their first target was Momoko. To extract the dream mirror, Ves Ves pulled out her billiard ball and used a pool stick to hit the ball. The ball bounced off several things around Momoko. Eventually, the ball hit Momoko in the back and her dream mirror came out.

The dream mirror spinned several times and when it stopped spinning, it was a normal dream mirror, not the Golden Mirror. The lemure ate the dream mirror, much to the Sailor Senshi's horror. After the Super Sailor Senshi defeated the lemure, the dream mirror was recovered and returned to Momoko. Palla Palla, who was the most childish of the four, was the only one who attacked a large group of people at once, instead of one-by-one like the rest of the Quartet. |
When Ves Ves returned to the circus tent from her failed mission, the Amazoness Quartet said how beautiful Pegasus and that they shouldn't let Zirconia have it. Zirconia told Queen Neherenia that she was worried that the Quartet was too dangerous and they might keep Pegasus' power for themselves. Queen Neherenia told her to leave the Amazoness Quartet do what they want to but to keep an eye on them. Zirconia was about to protest but Queen Neherenia snapped, "Be quiet and follow my orders because I am the true queen of the moon."

By the end of November, Super Sailor Mercury, Mars, Jupiter, and Venus all received more powerful attacks while trying to save the dreams of their friends.

One day, Jun Jun was sitting on top of the roof near Chibi-Usa's school. Chibi-Usa's friend, Kyusuke, was an all-around athlete but a bad experience with the box horse made him afraid to jump the box horse again.
| Jun Jun saw his problem and offered to coach him. Jun Jun spent all day with Kyusuke until it was nighttime. Jun Jun told Kyusuke she would help him again tomorrow early in the morning. The next morning, Jun Jun met Kyusuke at the school again. She held up a picture that Zirconia gave her of her new target and compared it to Kyusuke. It was Kyusuke but she continued to help him train anyway. She told him that the only way to get rid of his fear of the box horse was to give him something that scared him more. |

A cage appeared around Kyusuke and the box horse suddenly and so did an angry bear! It began to chase Kyusuke and the only out was to jump over the box horse. He ran to the box horse and jumped right over it. He was still scared of the bear but looked back and it was gone. Jun Jun told him that it was an illusion. Kyusuke said that was a mean thing to do but he was happy to have jumped the box horse finally. |
Jun Jun said that he got what he wanted so she had something she wanted and then she attacked him. He didn't have the Golden Mirror and, as usual, the Sailor Senshi saved the day. At the track meet later, Kyusuke jumped the box horse with no problem and won first place, thanks to Jun Jun.

A few weeks later, Chibi-Usa and her friends met Hiroki, whose dream was to fly his own handmade airplane bicycle. Chibi-Usa told Pegasus about Hiroki's dream and Pegasus said he wished he could see it but he couldn't because he lived in the Dream World and couldn't fly away. "Where is Dream World, the place that you live in?" Chibi-Usa asked but Pegasus didn't reply. |
Just then, Usagi, who heard Chibi-Usa talking to someone, burst into Chibi-Usa's room. Mamoru's phone was busy and Usagi demanded to know if Chibi-Usa was talking to Mamoru on the phone in such a lovey-dovey voice. Chibi-Usa said she wasn't and reminded Usagi that she had told her earlier that Mamoru would be on the internet all day. Usagi left laughing at herself. Chibi-Usa said to herself, "Pegasus is my little secret."

The next day, Chibi-Usa brought Pegasus' globe in a picnic basket to the park so he could see Hiroki's plane. Pegasus was very impressed by the plane and that Hiroki made it all by himself. However, Hiroki's plane did not fly again and he crashed. Ami and Kyusuke offered to help make changes to the plane so it had a better chance to fly because they all wanted to help Hiroki make his dream come true. Momoko said, "It's nice to have friends you can share anything with." Chibi-Usa looked down at the picnic basket with a sort of sad look.

That night, Chibi-Usa asked Pegasus, "Are we friends?"
"Do you like me?" Pegasus asked.
"Yes, I know I can share anything with you...but I don't know anything about you. You don't tell me anything about yourself."
"I'm sorry. I can't tell you anything yet. I am here with you. That should be enough for now."
"But if we are friends, we should be able to talk about anything. You don't really think I'm your friend, do you?"
Pegasus looked sad and said, "If you don't believe in me, I can't stay with you. You have to trust me."

Suddenly, the globe disappeared. That night, Chibi-Usa stood on a bridge and wondered why Pegasus didn't tell her anything. "I thought we understood each other," she thought. Mamoru found Chibi-Usa and offered to take her home since it was already late. As they walked home, Chibi-Usa asked Mamoru about times when he fought with Usagi. Usagi, who was looking for Chibi-Usa, ran into them.

"Where have you been, Chibi-Usa? I'll take you home from here," Usagi said.
"No," Chibi-Usa refused and was still upset about Pegasus. "You're so dumb! You always look in my room and spy on what I'm doing!"
Usagi seemed surprised by Chibi-Usa's strong reaction. "I'm just worried about you. You seem like you have a lot on your mind lately."
"Don't butt in!" Chibi-Usa was really angry. "I have secrets that I can't tell you, okay?" After Chibi-Usa said that, she remembered that Pegasus said there were things that he couldn't tell her and now she understood.
Usagi looked hurt. "Okay...I'll wait for you at home then. Please don't stay out too late." Usagi left.
The next day, Chibi-Usa was sitting on the hill, watching Hiroki and the others work on the plane. Hiroki was very happy that everyone helped him because he did more than he could have ever done by himself. "I'm glad we can trust each other," he said. Chibi-Usa remembered how Pegasus asked her to trust him and that she knew now that she hadn't. She began to cry and said, "I'm sorry, Pegasus."

Just then, Ves Ves attacked Hiroki and sent a lemure to fight the Super Sailor Senshi. Super Sailor Moon told Super Sailor Chibi Moon to call Pegasus but Chibi Moon remembered how the globe disappeared and said, "Pegasus won't come anymore!" Super Sailor Moon told Chibi Moon that she had to believe in herself and in Pegasus. Chibi Moon remembered again how Pegasus told her to trust him and she decided to believe. She used the Crystal Carillon, Pegasus came, and Super Sailor Moon defeated the lemure. Before he left, Pegasus told Chibi Moon, "As long as you believe in your dreams, I will be with you."

After Hiroki recovered from the attack, he tried to fly his plane off the hill once again and this time he flew! Chibi-Usa thought to herself that it was because of the power of believing. "I believe in Pegasus because it is the power of believing that brought us together," she thought. "It's a miracle in itself." At that moment, Pegasus' globe reappeared on Chibi-Usa's desk in her room.

Tokyo: Sailor Moon SuperS, Part IV
A week later, Chibi-Usa decided to stop by Mamoru's apartment for a surprise visit. She peeked through the front door and found Usagi and Mamoru kissing. Not wanting to disturb them, she walked back home. "I wish I was an adult," she thought to herself. "I wonder how Pegasus sees me..."
Later at home, Usagi had a cookie hanging out of her mouth and Chibi-Usa complained, "And still like that you are more of an adult than me." Usagi said, "Yup, that the way it is...but I would love to return to the easy times of childhood."

At the park, Palla Palla attacked a group of children and Super Sailor Moon and Chibi Moon came to the rescue. After the dream mirrors are returned to the children and they run away, Palla Palla asked, "Are dreams really that important? It's just 'I wanna do that' or 'I wanna do this'. Isn't that just called selfishness?" Super Sailor Moon began to argue with Chibi Moon about Chibi Moon's dream to be an adult and Super Sailor Chibi Moon argued back about Super Sailor Moon's desire to go back to childhood.

Palla Palla understood what was going on and said, "Okay! I grant your wishes!" She turned Sailor Moon into a child and Chibi Moon into an adult. Chibi Moon was taken back by her new body. "The body of an adult..." she thought. She called Pegasus right away because she wanted him to see her like this but Pegasus didn't come and she didn't know why.

That night, little Usagi and big Chibi-Usa stayed over to Mamoru's apartment because they couldn't let Usagi's family see them like that. While Usagi was taking a bath, Chibi-Usa admired her adult body in the mirror. "This is the body I've always dreamed of," she thought. "Long arms and legs, full breasts. I'm not little anymore...but still, Pegasus wouldn't come to look at me." While Chibi-Usa was sleeping, she could hear Pegasus calling out, "My little maiden..." in her dream. She started to look for him and found a horse standing still. She touched it and it crumpled into dust. She was very startled but finally, Pegasus flew down from the sky.

"I thought I'd never see you again," Chibi-Usa said.
"I don't know how to find where you are anymore," Pegasus said.
"What?"
"The light from your dream doesn't reach me anymore. This is the world of dreams."
Chibi-Usa was scared to touch him because of what happened with the other horse but Pegasus nuzzled her and he was okay. Pegasus continued, "That light in the distance is from Illusion, the world I live in."

Chibi-Usa got on to Pegasus' back and they flew to Illusion. Chibi-Usa was shocked to find it in ruins. Pegasus explained, "This world lives on the energy of the beautiful dreams of people. Suddenly, one day, the people from the Dead Moon entered our world in search of the Golden Crystal. If the Golden Crystal were to fall into their hands, then Illusion will become a world of darkness. They didn't take the crystal but they have captured me. That was when I saw the light...the light of a beautiful dream."
| "When I was exposed to that light, I was changed into the form of Pegasus and went off in search of the source...and that's how I met you. But now, I can't see that light anymore. You attained your dream of becoming an adult through the power of the new moon but that moon eclipses your true dream. Remember your true dream! If you don't, I won't be able to find you anymore!"
| A light seperated the two of them. "Does this mean I won't be able to see you anymore?" Chibi-Usa asked. When he didn't answer, she cried, "No, no, no, no!" and ran toward Pegasus. As she ran through the light, she transformed back into her old self and the light from her dream shined again. "My little maiden, the light from your dream is very important to us," Pegasus said and leaned into kiss Chibi-Usa. Before his lips touch hers, he turned into a human-like form and they kissed. |

Still in his human-like form, he told Chibi-Usa, "From Illusion, I am the protector of people's dreams and guardian of the Golden Crystal. My name is Helios. Chibi-Usa woke up. She and Usagi were back to normal.

In Queen Neherenia's chamber, Helios was tied up and suspended in the air in a web. His entire body was very white and he didn't seem alive. Queen Neherenia commanded Zirconia to find the Golden Crystal more quickly.

A few days later, Chibi-Usa asked Pegasus if there was anything she could do to save his world. He told her that the enemies were after the Golden Crystal and if they get it, her world as well as Illusion will turn to darkness. Chibi-Usa promised to get the Golden Crystal before that happened and she can save him and Illusion.
| "What is the Golden Crystal?" Chibi-Usa asked him. "What kind of power does it have?"
"I can't tell you yet," Pegasus replied.
"Okay, I understand."
"I promise I'll tell you everything when the time is right."
"I know I'm small but I want to know anything I can do to help. I want to help you."
Chibi-Usa's bedroom window opened and her room filled with light and feathers. Chibi-Usa transformed into Princess Small Lady Serenity and she got on to Pegasus' back. They flew over the city, having a great time. Wings appeared on Small Lady's back and she began to fly along side Pegasus. "Do you remember the first time we met?" she asked Pegasus.

"Since that time we met in the forest, I feel like time has stopped and I'm forever in a dream. Do you believe in destiny?" They return to the ground. "Thank you," Pegasus told Chibi-Usa. "I know I can tell you everything, but not now." Chibi-Usa rubbed his face and said," It's okay. I believe in you." |
| The next day at Crown Parlor, Usagi told the other girls that she overhead Chibi-Usa talking to someone last night in her room. Usagi said that Chibi-Usa claimed she was talking to Momoko on the phone but Usagi thought she was lying. The other girls decided that Chibi-Usa must be in love, much to Usagi and Mamoru's utter shock. Minako said they should all give any advice they can to Chibi-Usa. So that day, they all take out Chibi-Usa in three groups and tried to get as much information about her new love as possible. |

Ami and Minako asked what he looked like and Chibi-Usa said he was white and his face was long and vertical. This worried the two girls because they thought Chibi-Usa must be in love with an ugly guy that looked like horse. Finally, after they all mistook Jun Jun's target as Chibi-Usa's crush, she yelled at them that her love was a secret but she thought to herself, "One day, I will be able to tell them about Pegasus."

A week later, Minako convinced the other girls to volunteer for the Coming-of-Age Ceremony2. The Amazoness Quartet also volunteered so that they could attack the audience of the ceremony. The Quartet and the other girls got along really well and when they were all done, the Quartet asked them what the ceremony was for. They told the Quartet that it was to celebrate becoming an adult. This bewildered the Quartet. "Why would you want to celebrate being an adult? Growing up is bad." Palla Palla said she was scared to become an adult.

 | The next night, all the girls were getting ready for the ceremony backstage. The Quartet was still trying to figure out why anyone would want to become an adult.
"Why do you want to be adults," Cere Cere asked Usagi and Minako.
"I want to marry Mamoru and make him hot soup!" Usagi said.
"That's too trivial," Minako said. "I want to be a famous star!"
Cere Cere wasn't impressed by their responses. "I'm in the spotlight all the time at the circus and I don't like soup. Adults get into trouble for things they don't know they did. I'd rather be a kid."

"Why do you want to be adults?" Jun Jun asked Ami and Makoto.
"I want to be a great doctor," Ami replied.
"Mine isn't that great but I want to open a bakery or something," Makoto said.
"Is it fun to help other people?" Jun Jun asked.
"It's great when people think you are needed," Ami said.
"People are happy to help other people," Makoto said.
"If that's an adult's dream, they're all crazy!" Jun Jun remarked.
| "Why do you want to an adult?" Ves Ves and Cere Cere asked Rei.
"I want to be a business woman," she replied.
Ves Ves and Cere Cere laughed hysterically. "Why would you want to work?"
Rei was angry that they were laughing. "When you help society, you are a responsible adult."
They laughed harder and Chibi-Usa told them to stop.
"Do you want to be an adult too?" they asked Chibi-Usa.
"I want to become a nice lady," Chibi-Usa said. "When you become an adult, you have to lose the dream you have now," Cere Cere said. "Adults are poor creatures that can't live freely."
"But when you're a kid, you can do what you want," Ves Ves said. "There's no obligations to do things."
"Never be suspicious, adults are the end of kids," the two chant together.
The Quartet attacked the audience of the ceremony but were stopped by the Sailor Senshi. Back in her chambers, Queen Neherenia wondered to herself whose dream Helios was hiding in. "This opportunity comes only once in 100 years and there's no time to waste. I can't wait any longer!" She tried to push her way out of the mirror but a light burns her hand. "The light of the world diminishes my power. If I had the Golden Crystal, I could easily escape and turn that world into darkness. I could easily finish off the people of the White Moon. That world is filled with the light of the White Moon Queen. I will turn it into darkness so it suits me!"

Queen Neherenia began to fill the city with spider webs that made the city darker and darker as more accumulated. The next morning, the entire city was covered in spider web and it was very dark out. Pegasus appeared to Chibi-Usa and told her that the Dead Moon was bringing the darkness here.

"I have to go," he said. "I have to find someone who can release the power of the Golden Crystal. If I don't, the Dead Moon will destroy this world and Illusion."
"No!" Chibi-Usa said. "You can't leave. I will find that person for you. You can't leave!"
"I'm putting you in danger if I stay. If I don't leave now, you will be more sad later."
Chibi-Usa grabbed the globe, hoping to prevent Pegasus from leaving. "You told me that you need the light of my dream!"
"I will always be with you as long as you believe in your dream."

Usagi and the other girls gathered outside to see what they could do about the enemy covering the city in web. They heard the laughter of the girls from the ceremony and found the Quartet collecting dream mirrors. Usagi realized that those girls were actually the enemies. They transformed in front of the Quartet to battle them. The Quartet were shocked to find out that Usagi and the others were the Sailor Senshi. Zirconia then called the Quartet into the tent because the real show was about to begin. Meanwhile, Tuxedo Mask was in a tremendous about of pain since the spider webs arrived. The Sailor Senshi were about to enter the tent when Pegasus stopped them.

"You cannot defeat the Dead Moon by force," Pegasus told them. "The Dead Moon lives off of abandoned dreams. As long as people give up on their dreams, the Dead Moon will survive."
"Who are you?" Sailor Moon asked.
"I am Helios, guardian of Illusion. In the past, Illusion was abot to seal the Dead Moon but the seal has weakened and they have awoken. Queen Neherenia is creating the darkness in this world, and to seal her again, we need the power of the Golden Crystal. The Golden Crystal is in my horn and is said to have the power to destroy planets."

"Then we can defeat the Dead Moon with your help," the Sailor Senshi said.
"Pegasus can't use the power by himself," Sailor Chibi Moon said sadly. "He has been searching for the person who can release its power, but he can't find them."
"Chibi Moon?" the others were shocked that she knew so much about Pegasus.
| "The Golden Crystal is a secret among the guardians of Illusion," Pegasus told them. "I broke the rule and told Chibi Moon about it. I thought she could release it because she gave me light when I was thrown into the darkness. We don't have much time left." Pegasus disappeared.
Inside Queen Neherenia's chamber, Helios' body glowed. Queen Neherenia said, "Your soul is talking to someone. Even though you are like this, you still dare to disgrace me!"

Outside, vines shoot out from under the ground and cover all the buildings in the city. Tuxedo Mask collapsed from pain and the Sailor Senshi brought him back to his apartment. Mamoru was very sick. He told the others that he had heard Pegasus' voice before and Pegasus told him that since Mamoru was the guardian of Earth, his body reflected the Earth's ill state. Chibi-Usa wished she could release the power of the Golden Crystal. The girls decided that it was time to defeat Queen Neherenia and they left the room, leaving Usagi and Mamoru behind. | "I'm sorry that I'm sending you off alone," Mamoru said to Usagi. "Your pain is my pain too," Usagi said. "I promise I will cure you and save the Earth."
The Sailor Senshi returned to the circus tent. Lemures attacked them and tried to prevent them from getting inside but they defeated them and made their way in. Queen Neherenia charged the Amazoness Quartet's balls with more power so they can defeat the Sailor Senshi.

A platform brought the Sailor Senshi to the center stage of the circus tent. While on the platform, Sailor Mercury remembered a dream with Pegasus inside when she was little. All the other said they had the same dream as well and agreed that everyone must dream of Pegasus when they are young. Sailor Chibi Moon said that for her, it wasn't a dream. Sailor Jupiter commented that Sailor Chibi Moon must really like Pegasus.

Once the arrived at center stage, the Amazoness Quartet fought the Sailor Senshi. Sailor Chibi Moon took out the Crystal Carillon. In Queen Neherenia's chamber, Helios' body was glowing again. "His host must be near," Queen Neherenia said. She surveyed the tent and found Sailor Chibi Moon. Sailor Chibi Moon called Pegasus with the Crystal Carillon and Sailor Moon executed her final attack on the Amazoness Quartet but Zirconia blocked it, saving the Quartet.

"Pegasus is only an illusion," Zirconia said. "He can only in in a beautiful dream while he's in the real world, so we must capture the beautiful dreamer." She striked Zircon with her staff, like playing golf, and Zircon hit the back of Sailor Chibi Moon, pushing out her dream mirror. It was the Golden Mirror and Pegasus immediately went into it. Sailor Chibi Moon painfully studders, "No..." She reached out for her dream mirror and pulled it back inside of her but Zirconia instantly trapped Chibi Moon inside a large mirror. "Pegasus and the Golden Crystal are ours!" she called out trimuphantly. Zirconia, the Quartet, and the mirror with Chibi Moon inside disappeared.
| Sailor Chibi Moon reappeared inside of Queen Neherenia's chamber. She seemed to be alone and she called out for Pegasus. Each time she called out, Helios' body flashed. Sailor Chibi Moon finally found him and she knew it was Helios. "Don't worry. I'll get you out," Sailor Chibi Moon said and started to pull on the spider webs. Queen Neherenia appeared behind her and said, "No, you won't." Spider webs quickly tied up Sailor Chibi Moon as well.
"Why are you doing such terrible things to Helios?" Sailor Chibi Moon cried.
"You will never know how I feel," Queen Neherenia said. "Long ago, I was a queen on a small and dark planet. I always watched the moon's prosperity and brightness and I was jealous. I wanted to be Queen of the Silver Millenium! Then, I learned of the existence of the Golden Crystal. With it, I rule the moon and all of space. The Golden Crystal was protected by a boy on Earth in a place called Illusion so I went to Elusion and, when I saw the boy, I realized I wanted the boy too. I told him that we could use the power of the Golden Crystal and we could rule together. Helios said, 'If you have a beautiful dream, you can have this crystal, but if you don't, you will be punished.' So I approached the crystal, but it burst into flames and I couldn't get it. Soon after, the White Moon Queen, Queen Serenity, sealed me into the darkness. In my seal, I looked for a chance to escape and I sent my family to Earth during the eclipse."
"Helios did nothing to you!" Chibi Moon said.
"You're right. I should punish the people of the White Moon!" Queen Neherenia blasted Sailor Chibi Moon.
The Amazoness Quartet were in their room and they were bored. Ves Ves made a telescope and spied into Queen Neherenia's chambers. Sailor Chibi Moon was unconscious from the blast still. While Queen Neherenia was gone, Palla Palla created a Sailor Chibi Moon doll and Cere Cere opened a hole in the wall that went into the Queen's chambers. Jun Jun took Sailor Chibi Moon from the web and replaced her with the doll.

 | The Sailor Senshi walked into Zirconia's maze of mirrors. In the maze, each Sailor Senshi was approached by her reflection, which tried to convince her that fighting prevented her real dream. The reflections were doing a very good job and had nearly tricked all the Sailor Senshi, except Sailor Moon. Sailor Moon thought of Mamoru and Sailor Chibi Moon and stepped away from the mirror.
"Are you hurt?" her reflection asked.
"Do you see the pain in my heart?" Sailor Moon asked. "If you can't see my pain and if you don't know that I like myself as I am now, then you aren't really me!" She destroyed the mirror with her tiara attack.
Sailor Moon's attack awoke the other Sailor Senshi as well and they destroyed the maze until they finally saw Zirconia in one mirror. "We still believe in our dreams but right now, we have a much bigger dream," the Sailor Senshi said. "You won't get out alive!" Zirconia said but then saw in another mirror what was happening in the Amazoness Quartet's room.

The Quartet took Pegasus out of the Golden Mirror and was trying to on him for a ride but they fall through him. They remembered that he was only an illusion. Pegasus won't listen to them and Palla Palla put a bridle on his mouth to make him obey. |
| They wonder if they can get the Golden Crystal out but when they tried, the area around Pegasus burst into flames. Palla Palla got mad because she was burned and she made his bridle tighter. Sailor Chibi Moon woke up and saw Pegasus surrounded by fire, panicing. |

"What did you do?!" Sailor Chibi Moon asked. "We didn't do anything. We should just leave him to his fate," the Quartet said. Sailor Chibi Moon ran right through the flames and broke off the bridle. The flames disappeared. Zirconia arrived and was angry at the Amazoness Quartet for trying to steal Pegasus and trapped them in mirrors. She then put Pegasus back in the Golden Mirror.
| Outside, the sun was almost completely covered by spider webs and Mamoru's condition was getting worse. "It's coming," said Queen Neherenia.
The Amazoness Quartet were floating in the mirrors in another dimension. Palla Palla said that Queen Neherenia will get them out soon. Jun Jun was thinking about how Sailor Chibi Moon ran into the flames to save Pegasus and wondered if they're missing something.

Back at Queen Neherenia's chambers, Sailor Chibi Moon was tied up in spider web again. Queen Neherenia decided it was time to get Pegasus out now. She shot an energy beam through Sailor Chibi Moon and took out the Golden Mirror. Pegasus came out of the mirror and Queen Neherenia said if he didn't obey her, she would kill Sailor Chibi Moon. Pegasus turned into a ball of light and returned to Helios' body. |
Helios woke up and Queen Neherenia blasted him into Sailor Chibi Moon. The two of them hugged, making Queen Neherenia mad, and she wrapped them up in spider webs. They grabbed each other's hands. "Chibi-Usa!" Helios cried. Sailor Chibi Moon smiled and said, "That's the first time you called me Chibi-Usa." Helios smiled back and then Queen Neherenia ripped them away from each other.

Meanwhile, Zirconia was battling the Sailor Senshi and she wasn't winning. Zirconia begged Queen Neherenia for more power. The Amazoness Quartet disappeared from the other dimension and reappeared next to Zirconia. "We're supposed to take over for Zirconia!" they thought but they were instantly wrapped in spider webs, which zapped them and drained their energy. Their energy was flowing to Zirconia. "Thank you for this new energy, Queen Neherenia!" Zirconia said. "Make sure you finish them this time!" Queen Neherenia replied, sacrificing the Amazoness Quartet for their power.

Sailor Moon tried to free the Quartet but was unsuccessful. Sailor Mercury used her computer to find out that the energy was being drained from the Quartet's balls. "You have to destroy them," she said. The Quartet were shocked and didn't know what to do. "We can't," Ves Ves said. "The Amazon Stones are the crystals of our dreams. If we break them, we'll grow up and not be able to use magic." Sailor Moon told them, "Truly beautiful dreams won't be destroyed once you've become an adult." The Amazoness Quartet threw their balls into the ground, destroying them, and the spider webs released them. There was no way for Zirconia to win now.

Inside the mirror, Queen Neherenia took the Golden Crystal out of Helios' horn and Helios disappeared. Queen Neherenia was still angry at the White Moon Queen for causing her sadness and put Sailor Chibi Moon under an eternal sleep spell. Zirconia came to the mirror and saw the Golden Crystal in the queen's hand. "What makes you happy?" Queen Neherenia asked Zirconia. |
"Seeing you in the mirror everyday," Zirconia replied. "Well, I don't want to see you in the mirror anymore and now, I don't have to!" Queen Neherenia broke through the mirror, destroying Zirconia, and was in the real world. Outside, the sun was completely covered now and hundreds of small circus tents descended from the sky.

The ceiling was beginning to cave in. Sailor Moon found the sleeping Sailor Chibi Moon and held her in her arms. The other Sailor Senshi tried to attack Queen Neherenia but she easily blasted them with the Golden Crystal. The Amazoness Quartet watched from behind some rubble. "As it is, they will be killed," Cere Cere said of the Sailor Senshi. Ves Ves suggested that if they still the Golden Crystal, they'll have a chance to win. Palla Palla brought out a small pineapple and they decided that it was worth a shot.

Meanwhile, at Mamoru's apartment, Helios appeared to Mamoru and brought Prince Endymion to Illusion. Prince Endymion said that it seemed familiar. Helios told him that Illusion, his lost and golden kingdom, was the sacred place was protected by Prince Endymion's family.

"Who are you?" Prince Endymion asked.
"I am guardian of the Golden Crystal at Illusion, Helios."
"I recognize your voice. You have always saved Sailor Moon and I. You are Pegasus, right?"
"I'm so sorry. Even though I'm a guardian, I couldn't protect the Golden Crystal. As a result, not only this planet, but also your body has been cursed and invaded by evil darkness."
"Illusion is a world supported by the power of people on Earth, right?"
| "Yes, but it's over now. I couldn't protect the important dreams of people. Because of Dead Moon, the people's power to see dreams will be lost."
"Is that so? Even when covered by many kinds of darkness, the people's power to see dreams always lets the flowers of hope to come out into the world! Even if you think of giving up, you can't do it. That's the dream, isn't it? Helios, why have you protected the dreams of people for so long?"
"It's because...it's because it's my mission.
"Is that all?"
"No...because I like dreams and people with beautiful dreams. My dream is to protect them!"
"Is that dream already lost?"
"No. Never."
| Helios ran off to help Super Sailor Moon. He gave Sailor Chibi Moon a kiss to wake her up from the spell. Queen Neherenia was going to use the Golden Crystal to attack again but, in her hand, was not the crystal but a small pineapple! Ves Ves tossed the Golden Crystal to Super Sailor Moon so she could use it to defeat Queen Neherenia. |

Super Sailor Moon held up the Golden Crystal but nothing happened. The crystal only worked with beautiful dreams and the people's dream were too diminished. "The power of beautiful dreams still exist," Helios told Sailor Chibi Moon. Sailor Chibi Moon ran up to the Golden Crystal and started to yell into it. "Everybody, can you hear me? Everybody on Earth with beautiful dreams, please, lend me your power! Right now, bad guys are invading our world to ruin it. If we let them do what they want, this world, where we'll realize our dreams, will be ruined!" | "They're trying to infringe on everything, such as our important dreams and beloved ones! Please! Please, pray with me! Please, fight with me! Please, shout with me! Moon Crisis Power!"
| All of the people in world suddenly stopped what they were doing and began to shout, "Moon Crisis Power!" over and over again! The darkness over the city started to disperse and the Golden Crystal was reacting. With a last shout, Sailor Moon and Chibi Moon shouted together, "Moon Crisis Power!" |

An intense blast came forth from the Golden Crystal, engulfing Queen Neherenia. All of the smaller circus tents were destroyed and everyone was unconscious on the ground. The main circus tent was rising up in the air with Queen Neherenia holding an unconscious Sailor Chibi Moon. |
| Sailor Moon spotted them and jumped on to the lifting tent rubble. The tent was going back to the New Moon to be sealed again and Queen Neherenia knew there was nothing she could do to stop it. When Sailor Moon reached Queen Neherenia, she found the queen slumped in front of a mirror. |

The queen's reflection was of an ugly and old deformed woman. "Horrible! Is this my real figure?" Queen Neherenia said. She then saw Sailor Moon. "Don't come any closer, girl of the White Moon! I see it...you're a reincarnation of the White Moon Queen!"

"Do you know me?" Sailor Moon asked.
"You don't remember me? I was always watching your kingdom! Your kingdom was full of light! I jealously watched your kingdom which promised happiness! I'll tell you why I became the lonely queen standing alone on a cold and small planet! I use to be a queen surrounded by lots of servants!" Queen Neherenia said that all of the people in her kingdom loved her beauty and she had believed that her beauty would last forever but one day, she asked a mirror to show her her future because her dream was to be beautiful forever." |
 | The mirror showed her an ugly and old woman and Queen Neherenia was horrified. The mirror chanted over and over again to her, "Never... never be suspicious of dreams within the dreams of dreaming kids!" until she began to chant it as well. She was possessed by evil and, in order to keep her beauty, she ate the dream mirrors of all her servants and her servants turned into lemures.

Sailor Moon was sad to hear the story and asked if this was why was always alone. Queen Neherenia got angry and chocked her over the edge of the tent. They were now very high up and a fall would surely kill them. But even as Queen Neherenia chocked Sailor Moon, Sailor Moon was very sympathetic of her and Queen Neherenia could see it in her eyes. "Don't look at me with those eyes!" Queen Neherenia said in a teary voice. She let Sailor Moon go but threw Sailor Chibi Moon over the edge. Sailor Moon ran to the edge and looked over. | "How does it feel to see her falling?" Queen Neherenia asked. Sailor Moon looked back at Queen Neherenia and then leaped over the edge after Sailor Chibi Moon.
Queen Neherenia was very surprised but said, "That was foolish. She gave up her own future and dreams." The tent was almost near the New Moon now and Queen Neherenia said, "I will be alone forever." She went into the mirror and back into her old chambers, which are now in ruins. Right before the mirror is sealed into the New Moon, Queen Neherenia said, "I will keep on living and I will stay beautiful and young forever!"

As Sailor Moon fell, she transformed into Princess Serenity and used her power to catch up to the falling Sailor Chibi Moon. She grabbed a hold of Sailor Chibi Moon but they were still falling. She tried to wake up Sailor Chibi Moon. "Please wake up! I can't use the Golden Crystal myself!" |
Sailor Chibi Moon finally did wake up and she transformed into Small Lady. "Let's realize our dreams together!" they said. Helios heard Small Lady's cry and transformed into Pegasus. He caught them on his back and flew them to safety.

Later, they all gathered at the park. Helios told everyone that he had to leave because he to return to Illusion and continue guarding the Golden Crystal. Chibi-Usa wanted to go with him but he said that she wouldn't be able to stay in Illusion until a long time from now. |
Helios gave Chibi-Usa a sweet kiss on her hand and said, "I will not forget you." Makoto, Minako and Rei were all shocked to see Chibi-Usa had fallen in love with someone. Chibi-Usa pretended to have seen a UFO to get everyone to look away as she ran on Helios and gave him a long hug. "I will miss you so much," Chibi-Usa said.

 | The Amazoness Quartet were looking behind a bush from a distance. "I don't think it's proper to say good-bye to them," Cere Cere said. "Well, if we get a chance, I'm sure we can see them again," Ves Ves said. The Quartet smiled at each other and walked away. Helios transformed into Pegasus again and began to fly away. Chibi-Usa ran along side him because she wanted to tell him something but it was too late. He was gone.
